Return and exchange conditions

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
All items must be in the same condition as the items you received, not worn or used, labeled, and in their original packaging. You also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
When returning or exchanging items, customers must use the shipping method that provides tracking information.

Non returnable items:
Damage/loss caused by customers is non returnable.

General return process
1. Initiate return: Please send an email to Arron@yuanxi-supply.com Please attach photos and/or videos of the product and inform us of your order number. Our customer service personnel will determine the eligibility for your return request within 2 working days.
2. Return item: If your return is accepted, we will send you the return address and instructions on how and where to send the package. (Note: Unauthorized returns will not be accepted). We suggest that you send the return/exchange through a shipping method that provides tracking information and signature, as we are not responsible for lost returns/exchanges.
3. Refund or Exchange: When we receive your return/exchange, we will inspect the item within 3-5 working days and provide a replacement or refund.

Return cost

If the return is due to our issues (such as incorrect product or quality issues), we will provide you with a full refund;
If the return is due to the buyer's issue (such as not liking/wanting the product, ordering the wrong product/size), the buyer should pay for shipping.
No replenishment fee will be charged to consumers when returning goods.

Once we receive your return and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be provided to the original payment method within 2-3 working days.
If you have not received the refund within 2-3 working days, please double check your bank account. Then contact your bank or credit card company. Refunds may take some time to be officially announced. If you have completed all these operations but have not yet received a refund, please contact us by Arron@yuanxi-supply.com

Order cancellation

If you contact us promptly after purchasing, we can cancel your order. If your payment has been completed but the package has not yet been shipped, you can cancel the order before the item is delivered. We will provide a full refund.
