退货和换货条件

未经授权的退货将不被接受。
商品必须在收到后 30 天内退回。
所有商品必须与您收到的商品状况相同、未磨损或使用过、贴有标签且在原包装中。您还需要收据或购买证明。
退货或换货时，顾客必须使用提供跟踪信息的运输方式。

不可退货的商品：
由客户造成的损坏/损失将不予退还。

常规退货流程
1. 发起退货：请发送电子邮件至 Arron@yuanxi-supply.com 请附上产品照片和/或视频并告知我们您的订单号。我们的客服人员将在 2 个工作日内判断您的退货请求是否符合条件。
2. 退货：如果您的退货被接受，我们将向您发送退货地址以及如何以及将包裹寄送到何处的说明。（注意：未经授权的退货将不被接受）。我们建议您通过提供跟踪信息和签名的运输方式发送退货/换货，因为我们对丢失的退货/换货不承担责任。
3.退款或换货：当我们收到您的退货/换货时，我们将在 3-5 个工作日内检查该商品并提供更换或退款。

退货成本

如果退货是由于我们的问题（例如产品错误或质量问题）造成的，我们将为您提供全额退款；
如果退货是由于买家的问题（例如不喜欢/不想要产品、订购错误的产品/尺寸），买家应该支付运费。
退货时不会向消费者收取补货费用。

退款

一旦我们收到您的退货并检查完毕，我们将通知您退款是否批准或拒绝。如果批准，退款将在 2-3 个工作日内通过原始付款方式提供。

取消订单
